The third quarter of 2023 saw notable trends in the performance of the top 5 theme park apps in the United Kingdom, as tracked by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics for these popular apps.

Alton Towers Resort — Official experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at 23.2K and peaking at 23.8K in mid-July before declining to 11.2K by the end of September. The weekly active users for the app showed a general upward trend, beginning the quarter at 28.4K and ending at 31.7K.

Disneyland® Paris saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $386 in late August. Weekly downloads for the app varied, starting at 12.3K and reaching a high of 15.5K at the end of July, before stabilizing around 11.6K by the end of September. Active users grew steadily from 27K in late June to 32.1K in late August, before slightly dipping to 28.3K by the end of the quarter.

THORPE PARK Resort – Official demonstrated a downward trend in weekly downloads, beginning at 14K and dropping to 6.2K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 18K and decreasing to 10.7K by the end of the quarter.

Chessington Resort also showed a downward trend in weekly downloads, starting at 9.4K and falling to 4.6K by the end of September. Active users increased from 14.4K in late June to a peak of 20.7K in late August, before declining to 14.1K by the end of the quarter.
